Refund and Returns Policy

At BakersStreet, we take great pride in delivering freshly baked, high-quality cakes and desserts for every special occasion. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to enjoy our products with complete confidence.

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • As our products are perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.
  • Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following cases:
    • The product delivered is damaged or spoiled.
    • The product is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
    • The product was not delivered within the promised time (except in unavoidable situations like extreme weather or uncontrollable delays).

2. Conditions for Refund/Replacement

  • To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, photographs of the product (if damaged/incorrect), and a short description of the issue.
  • Refunds will not be issued if:
    • The product was consumed in part or whole.
    • You changed your mind after the order was delivered.
    • Incorrect details (address/phone number) were provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of replacements, the new product will be delivered at the earliest possible time.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they are not already in preparation.
  • Custom or large/bulk cake orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
